HH-Web-Tags is an HTML template library for generating full web pages, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other page metadata.

What is unique about the library as an HTML generator is that it allows creation of new "html tags" (beyond those just in HTML) when authoring page, and each tag can declare its own Javascript, CSS, library requirements, etc. The library properly aggregates this information from all tags on a page to create a fully renderable page, with all of the Javascript, HTML, and CSS assembled and functional.

Public source for the library resides is accessible via Mercurial at Bitbucket or here.

It's written by Phil Hargett and more information can be found at http://haphazardhouse.net/projects/hh-web-tags.
