Bosco is an
application template for
MacOS X and Lisp by Mikel Evins that is steadily evolving into a framework. From his site:
A framework for building Carbon and Cocoa applications using OpenMCL. You'll need OpenMCL 0.14.2 or later. Bosco includes a build script, example applications, Lisp source files, and instructions for building and modifying your own application.
