Bosco is an application template for MacOS X
and Lisp by Mikel Evins that is steadily evolving into a framework. From his site:
A framework for building Carbon and Cocoa applications using OpenMCL. You'll need OpenMCL 0.14.2 or later. Bosco includes a build script, example applications, Lisp source files, and instructions for building and modifying your own application.
Bosco doesn't have its own web page (apart from this one). The following links used to be helpful, but as of 2005-10-05, they're dead.
